This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds on digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and services offered by The Rieck Group Inc. By purchasing from The Rieck Group Inc., you agree to the following:
We offer a 48-hour Buyer’s Remorse Period for digital products, courses, coaching materials, and memberships.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase date, subject to the conditions in this Policy.
Timeframe
- You must submit your refund request within 48 hours of the original purchase date.
Proof of Purchase
- Provide a valid receipt, order confirmation, or transaction ID that clearly shows the product purchased and purchase date.
Product Access
- We may examine usage data to ensure there is no misuse of the product. However, we will not deny a refund solely based on how many times it was accessed.

- If you experience technical issues, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] before requesting a refund. Often, we can resolve minor problems quickly.
Except under special exceptions described in this Policy, no refunds will be issued once 48 hours have passed since purchase.
Failure to use or complete any product or program does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 48-hour window.
The following scenarios are ineligible for refunds:
Requests Beyond 48 Hours
- Refund requests made after the 48-hour remorse period (unless covered in Section 8: Exceptions & Special Considerations).
Partial Usage
- No refunds will be granted for partial or minimal usage of a product (e.g., watching half a course does not qualify for a partial refund).
Failure to Complete
- Changing your mind or not completing a course, membership, or coaching program is not grounds for a refund.
Suspected Fraud/Policy Abuse
- If we suspect repetitive refunds or policy abuse, we may deny your request and limit future purchases.
Subscription Access
- Subscriptions already accessed remain non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
If your original payment method is closed or inactive:
Verification
- You must provide proof of purchase and any required identification or documentation to validate your identity and ownership of the purchase.
- Show official documentation that your original payment method is no longer active.
Alternative Refund Method
- We may issue refunds via PayPal or another method, with your written consent acknowledging the refund approach.
Processing Timeline
- Verification can extend your refund processing time. Once verified, please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund.

Excessive Chargebacks
- While you retain the right to dispute charges with your financial institution, excessive or unwarranted chargebacks may result in account termination.
Unauthorized Use
- If a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorization, we will investigate. If confirmed, we will issue a refund. Proof of unauthorized use may be required.
Outside the 48-hour window, refunds are rare but may be considered if:
Technical Errors (Our Fault)
- If you could not access the product due to a technical error solely on our part, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Product Delivery
- If you received the wrong product or incomplete materials, we will correct the error or issue a refund if the correct product is unavailable.
